This is my second time getting this honey. I add it to my fruity teas every night before bed and it totally takes the load off of the stressful day I had as a Medical worker. BUT DAMN IS THE CONTAINER HARD TO GET OPEN! Damn near getting wrist sprains to get the lid off. I'm so determined because that doesn't stop me from buying. I recommend the 500mg. You could use a smaller amount and cut it with regular honey to make your item sweeter.
